Our work runs from problem discovery to production support. Below, what we do and the project that proves each area.
Custom digital product
When the problem does not fit any off-the-shelf tool, we design and build the system from scratch — from understanding the process to software running live.
A Figma prototype before any code. The design exists to align expectations — changing a screen in Figma is far cheaper than changing it after it is built.
Where we come from. We produce educational technology material and train teams to use what we deliver — because a system nobody knows how to operate solves nothing.
Clients do not buy technology — they buy the solution to a problem. And solving a problem requires understanding it before writing code.
01
Discovery
Open questions to understand how the process works today, before proposing anything. When a client asks for "a ranking", the question back is: what decision do you intend to make with that ranking?
02
Requirements
Translating the business problem into technical scope, with the client validating every assumption. Anything not validated here becomes rework later.
03
Figma prototype
The design exists to align expectations, not just to look good. Changing it in Figma is far cheaper than changing it in code.
04
Development
Implementation focused on future maintenance. The project has to survive delivery — including in another developer’s hands.
05
Deploy and support
We ship it and stay close. On the FAI Quiz, that meant on-site support across all 4 event days, with real-time adjustments.

Tell us how the process works today. The first conversation is about your problem, not about technology.
